A top price for Ernesto Neto
In November 2014 Sothebys in New York held the auction Latin American Art Modern & Contemporary, which included the work Untitled by Ernesto Neto. The »bidding war« ended at USD 75,000.00 (€ 60,299.08), 25% above the upper estimate. With this result, Untitled is even the most expensive work of art by Ernesto Neto that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Ernesto Neto
Im November 2014 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Latin American Art Modern & Contemporary durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled von Ernesto Neto zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 75.000,00 (€ 60.299,08) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Untitled sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Ernesto Neto, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
