Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Dutch Untitled by Erik van Lieshout was auctioned at Sothebys in Amsterdam in March 2010. The price achieved of EUR 12,500.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Other works by Erik van Lieshout have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2013 the work without title was auctioned for EUR 22,500.00.

Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 12.500,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Erik van Lieshout konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2013 die Arbeit ohne Titel für EUR 22.500,00 versteigert.
