Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2021 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction 21st Century Art Day Sale, which included the work Crisis Creation by Erik Parker. The price achieved of HKD 375,000.00 (€ 42,476.59) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 300,000.00 – 500,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Erik Parker achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Big Time in May last year with an auction result of HKD 3,654,000.00 (€ 433,808.22).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2021 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion 21st Century Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Crisis Creation von Erik Parker zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 375.000,00 (€ 42.476,59) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 300.000,00 – 500.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Erik Parker erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Big Time im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.654.000,00 (€ 433.808,22).
