The work "Persona" by Eric Grate was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in October 2021. It achieved a price of SEK 28,000.00 (€ 2,818.91), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 56%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Eric Grate achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Silvatica" in December 2012 with an auction result of SEK 1,600,000.00 (€ 186,379.49).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 56 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit "Persona" von Eric Grate kam im Oktober 2021 bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von SEK 28.000,00 (€ 2.818,91) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 56%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Eric Grate erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Silvatica" im Dezember 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 1.600.000,00 (€ 186.379,49).
