Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Senza titolo by Enrico Castellani was sold in the 20th/21st Century Milan Online Sale Part II auction at Christies in Milan in June last year. It changed hands for a price of EUR 27,720.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Enrico Castellani achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Superficie Bianca in October 2014 with an auction result of GBP 3,778,500.00 (€ 4,824,598.68).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Senza titolo von Enrico Castellani wurde im Juni letzten Jahres in der Auktion 20th/21st Century Milan Online Sale Part II bei Christies in Mailand versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 27.720,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Enrico Castellani erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Superficie Bianca im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.778.500,00 (€ 4.824.598,68).
