In the The Italian Sale auction, the work Superficie Bianca sold for GBP 3,778,500.00 (€ 4,824,598.68) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,500,000.00. This high result makes Superficie Bianca the most expensive artwork by Enrico Castellani that we have observed at auctions so far.
