Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Superficie bianca by Enrico Castellani was sold in the 20th/21st Century Milan Online Sale auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May this year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 180,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 189,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Enrico Castellani achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Superficie Bianca in October 2014 with an auction result of GBP 3,778,500.00 (€ 4,824,598.68).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Superficie bianca von Enrico Castellani wurde im Mai diesen Jahres in der Auktion 20th/21st Century Milan Online Sale bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 180.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 189.000,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Enrico Castellani erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Superficie Bianca im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.778.500,00 (€ 4.824.598,68).
