This artwork by Emil Filla achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in June 2011. In the The Hascoe Family Collection: Important Czech Art auction, the work Czech woman Selling Fish (Prodavačka Ryb) sold for GBP 385,250.00 (€ 426,207.52) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 150,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Emil Filla; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Czech seated Woman sold at auction in November 2017 with the realized price of GBP 729,000.00 (€ 827,523.45).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Emil Filla erzielte im Juni 2011 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion The Hascoe Family Collection: Important Czech Art wurde die Arbeit Czech woman Selling Fish (Prodavačka Ryb) für GBP 385.250,00 (€ 426.207,52) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 150.000,00.
