This artwork by Eliseo Mattiacci achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Milan in November 2007. In the Post War and Contemporary Art auction, the work Tensione tagliente sold for EUR 22,880.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 10,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Eliseo Mattiacci - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Cultura Mummificata, which sold at auction in November 2004 for EUR 84,320.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Eliseo Mattiacci erzielte im November 2007 bei Christies in Mailand einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Post War and Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Tensione tagliente für EUR 22.880,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 10.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Eliseo Mattiacci mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Cultura Mummificata beobachtet, die im November 2004 für EUR 84.320,00 versteigert wurde.
