This artwork by Eliseo Mattiacci achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Milan in November 2004. In the ARTE MODERNA E CONTEMPORANEA auction, the work Cosmos sold for EUR 32,240.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Eliseo Mattiacci - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Cultura Mummificata, which sold at auction in November 2004 for EUR 84,320.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Eliseo Mattiacci erzielte im November 2004 bei Christies in Mailand einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion ARTE MODERNA E CONTEMPORANEA wurde die Arbeit Cosmos für EUR 32.240,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 15.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Eliseo Mattiacci mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Cultura Mummificata beobachtet, die im November 2004 für EUR 84.320,00 versteigert wurde.
