In July 2018 Christies in London held the auction Victorian Pre-Raphaelite & British Impressionist Art, which included the work 'With goodly greenish locks, all loose untied' by Eleanor Fortescue Brickdale. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Eleanor Fortescue Brickdale - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work And all generations shall call her blessed, which sold at auction in December 2020 for GBP 40,000.00 (€ 44,683.57).
