In the Victorian, British and Impressionist Art auction, the work The Crofters' Harvest sold for GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,512.62) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 2,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Duncan MacGregor Whyte - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Beach at Perth, which sold at auction in November 2019 for AUD 12,200.00 (€ 11,071.79).

Für andere Arbeiten von Duncan MacGregor Whyte mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Beach at Perth beobachtet, die im November 2019 für AUD 12.200,00 (€ 11.071,79) versteigert wurde.
