This price was achieved in the auction The Joy of Autumn – Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy (I) at POLY and exceeded the previously set estimate of HKD 500.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Dong Zuobin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Calligraphy Couplet In Jiaguwen in April 2015 with an auction result of HKD 525,000.00 (€ 60,674.61).

Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Dong Zuobin erzielen.
