Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Domenico Zindato was sold in the Courageous Spirits: Outsider and Vernacular Art auction at Christies in New York in January 2017. The price achieved of USD 1,750.00 (€ 1,621.27) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 1,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Domenico Zindato have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled (Triptych), 2012 in January 2018 with an auction result of USD 10,625.00 (€ 8,549.24).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Domenico Zindato wurde im Januar 2017 in der Auktion Courageous Spirits: Outsider and Vernacular Art bei Christies in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 1.750,00 (€ 1.621,27) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 1.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Domenico Zindato auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled (Triptych), 2012 im Januar 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 10.625,00 (€ 8.549,24).
