Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Due case by Domenico Gnoli was auctioned at Christies in Milan in December this year. The price achieved of EUR 52,920.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Domenico Gnoli achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Black Hair in February 2014 with an auction result of GBP 7,026,500.00 (€ 8,524,835.22).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Due case von Domenico Gnoli kam im Dezember diesen Jahres bei Christies in Mailand zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 52.920,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Domenico Gnoli erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Black Hair im Februar 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 7.026.500,00 (€ 8.524.835,22).
