In December last year Christies in Milan held the auction 20th/21st Century Milan Online Sale, which included the work Giochi II by Domenico Gnoli. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 27,720.00 39% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Domenico Gnoli achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Black Hair in February 2014 with an auction result of GBP 7,026,500.00 (€ 8,524,835.22).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 39 % übertroffen
Im Dezember letzten Jahres führte Christies in Mailand die Auktion 20th/21st Century Milan Online Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Giochi II von Domenico Gnoli zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 27.720,00 und damit 39% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Domenico Gnoli erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Black Hair im Februar 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 7.026.500,00 (€ 8.524.835,22).
