Auction result misses estimated price range
When this work without title by Domenico Bianchi was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in May 2015, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of SEK 100,000.00 – 120,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 80,000.00 (€ 8,535.56). Admittedly, works by Domenico Bianchi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Senza Titolo in November 2007 with an auction result of EUR 36,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Domenico Bianchi im Mai 2015 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 100.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 80.000,00 (€ 8.535,56) den Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Domenico Bianchi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Senza Titolo im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 36.250,00.
