In April 2018 Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary Curated, which included this untitled work by Domenico Bianchi. The result of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,388.93) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Domenico Bianchi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Senza Titolo, which sold at auction in November 2007 for EUR 36,250.00.
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im April 2018 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Contemporary Curated durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Domenico Bianchi zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 11.388,93) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Domenico Bianchi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Senza Titolo beobachtet, die im November 2007 für EUR 36.250,00 versteigert wurde.
