The work Still Life by Do Quang Em was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2018. It achieved a price of HKD 100,000.00 (€ 11,286.76), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 43%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Do Quang Em - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Portrait Of Quen, which sold at auction in October this year for HKD 204,800.00 (€ 24,766.69).

Die Arbeit Still Life von Do Quang Em kam im November 2018 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 100.000,00 (€ 11.286,76) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 43%. Für andere Arbeiten von Do Quang Em mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Portrait Of Quen beobachtet, die im Oktober diesen Jahres für HKD 204.800,00 (€ 24.766,69) versteigert wurde.
