A top price for Diti Almog - as previously expected
The work Kohinoor Bay by Diti Almog was auctioned at Christies in Tel Aviv in May 2005. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 2,500.00 – 3,500.00, the actual price achieved of USD 2,640.00 (€ 2,137.82) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Kohinoor Bay is the most expensive artwork by Diti Almog that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Kohinoor Bay von Diti Almog kam im Mai 2005 bei Christies in Tel Aviv zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 2.500,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 2.640,00 (€ 2.137,82) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Kohinoor Bay das teuerste Kunstwerk von Diti Almog, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
