The work Landscape After Mi Fu by Ding Yunpeng was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2015. It achieved a price of HKD 525,000.00 (€ 61,334.00), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 31%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ding Yunpeng achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sweeping the Elephant in June 2015 with an auction result of HKD 6,640,000.00 (€ 767,939.75).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 31 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Landscape After Mi Fu von Ding Yunpeng kam im Oktober 2015 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 525.000,00 (€ 61.334,00) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 31%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ding Yunpeng erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sweeping the Elephant im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 6.640.000,00 (€ 767.939,75).
