A top price for Ding Fuzhi
The work Plum Blossoms by Ding Fuzhi was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings auction at Christies in New York in September 2019. Here, the upper estimate of USD 80,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 87,500.00 (€ 80,238.42). With this result, Plum Blossoms is even the most expensive work of art by Ding Fuzhi that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Plum Blossoms von Ding Fuzhi wurde im September 2019 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Christies in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 80.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 87.500,00 (€ 80.238,42) einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Plum Blossoms sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Ding Fuzhi, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
