Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Autumn Fruits / Calligraphy in Oracle Bone Script by Ding Fuzhi was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in December this year. The price achieved of HKD 52,920.00 (€ 6,123.45) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ding Fuzhi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Plum Blossoms in September 2019 with an auction result of USD 87,500.00 (€ 80,238.42).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Autumn Fruits / Calligraphy in Oracle Bone Script von Ding Fuzhi kam im Dezember diesen Jahres bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 52.920,00 (€ 6.123,45) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ding Fuzhi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Plum Blossoms im September 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 87.500,00 (€ 80.238,42).
