Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October 2019 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Paintings, which included the work Green Plum Blossom by Ding Fuzhi. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 80,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 87,500.00 (€ 10,001.12). Admittedly, works by Ding Fuzhi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Plum Blossoms in September 2019 with an auction result of USD 87,500.00 (€ 80,238.42).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober 2019 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Green Plum Blossom von Ding Fuzhi zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 80.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 87.500,00 (€ 10.001,12) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ding Fuzhi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Plum Blossoms im September 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 87.500,00 (€ 80.238,42).
