In October 2016 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Paintings, which included the work Fruits; Calligraphy by Ding Fuzhi. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 375,000.00 (€ 44,129.72), 25% above the upper estimate. Other works by Ding Fuzhi have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 87,500.00 (€ 80,238.42) in September 2019 for the work Plum Blossoms.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 25 % übertroffen
Im Oktober 2016 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Fruits; Calligraphy von Ding Fuzhi zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 375.000,00 (€ 44.129,72) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Ding Fuzhi haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 87.500,00 (€ 80.238,42) im September 2019 für die Arbeit Plum Blossoms beobachtet.
