The work Pampers by Dick Bruna was sold in the The Ski Sale auction at Christies in London in January 2011. It achieved a price of GBP 1,062.50 (€ 1,192.42), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 33%. Admittedly, works by Dick Bruna have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Train in September 2009 with an auction result of EUR 7,500.00.

Die Arbeit Pampers von Dick Bruna wurde im Januar 2011 in der Auktion The Ski Sale bei Christies in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 1.062,50 (€ 1.192,42) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 33%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Dick Bruna auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Train im September 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 7.500,00.
