Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Miffy, Pampers by Dick Bruna was sold in the The Ski Sale, Travel in Style auction at Christies in London in January 2014. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 1,200.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 1,375.00 (€ 1,675.46). Admittedly, works by Dick Bruna have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Train in September 2009 with an auction result of EUR 7,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Miffy, Pampers von Dick Bruna wurde im Januar 2014 in der Auktion The Ski Sale, Travel in Style bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 1.200,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 1.375,00 (€ 1.675,46) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Dick Bruna auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Train im September 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 7.500,00.
