In the Contemporary Art | New York auction, the work Dollar Bill sold for USD 10,710.00 (€ 9,462.80) - well above the upper estimate of USD 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by David Wojnarowicz achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Earth, Wind, Fire And Water in November 2018 with an auction result of USD 1,515,000.00 (€ 1,337,984.63).
