Auction result well in line with expectations
The work "Funderingar i det gröna", 2003 by David Svensson was sold in the Contemporary, Stockholm auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in November 2011. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of SEK 6,000.00 – 8,000.00, the actual price achieved of SEK 6,500.00 (€ 715.08) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by David Svensson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Tankar i det gröna", 2001 in May 2012 with an auction result of SEK 28,000.00 (€ 2,957.62).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit "Funderingar i det gröna", 2003 von David Svensson wurde im November 2011 in der Auktion Contemporary, Stockholm bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 6.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von SEK 6.500,00 (€ 715,08) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von David Svensson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Tankar i det gröna", 2001 im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 28.000,00 (€ 2.957,62).
