The work #586 by David Reed was sold in the Contemporary Curated auction at Sothebys in London in November 2019. It achieved a price of GBP 32,500.00 (€ 38,162.95), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 63%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by David Reed - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work #439, which sold at auction in March this year for GBP 67,310.00 (€ 76,578.13).

Die Arbeit #586 von David Reed wurde im November 2019 in der Auktion Contemporary Curated bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 32.500,00 (€ 38.162,95) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 63%. Für andere Arbeiten von David Reed mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit #439 beobachtet, die im März diesen Jahres für GBP 67.310,00 (€ 76.578,13) versteigert wurde.
