In April 2008 Christies in Tel Aviv held the auction 19th & 20th Century Art at the Hilton Hotel, which included the work Late Abstract Expressionist Painting by David Reeb. The »bidding war« ended at USD 6,875.00 (€ 4,416.11), 72% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by David Reeb - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Green Line With Ants, which sold at auction in November 2009 for USD 22,500.00 (€ 15,006.00).

Im April 2008 führte Christies in Tel Aviv die Auktion 19th & 20th Century Art at the Hilton Hotel durch, in der auch die Arbeit Late Abstract Expressionist Painting von David Reeb zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 6.875,00 (€ 4.416,11) und damit 72% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von David Reeb mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Green Line With Ants beobachtet, die im November 2009 für USD 22.500,00 (€ 15.006,00) versteigert wurde.
