This artwork by David Rabinowitch achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in September 2016. In the Contemporary Curated auction, the work Paper Model For Phantom Group sold for GBP 2,000.00 (€ 2,316.25) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 700.00. Admittedly, works by David Rabinowitch have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled (floor sculpture) in September 2006 with an auction result of USD 18,000.00 (€ 14,187.75).

Dieses Kunstwerk von David Rabinowitch erzielte im September 2016 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Curated wurde die Arbeit Paper Model For Phantom Group für GBP 2.000,00 (€ 2.316,25) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 700,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von David Rabinowitch auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled (floor sculpture) im September 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 18.000,00 (€ 14.187,75).
