Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Over the Hill by Daniel Garber was auctioned at Christies in New York in May 2013. The price achieved of USD 183,750.00 (€ 141,476.75) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 150,000.00 – 250,000.00. Admittedly, works by Daniel Garber have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work November in May 2013 with an auction result of USD 755,000.00 (€ 581,305.82).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Over the Hill von Daniel Garber kam im Mai 2013 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 183.750,00 (€ 141.476,75) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 150.000,00 – 250.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Daniel Garber auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit November im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 755.000,00 (€ 581.305,82).
