Auction result misses estimated price range
In September 2012 a collector was able to acquire the work Rivers of Babylon by Dan Perfect for GBP 500.00 (€ 627.41). This price was achieved in the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 700.00 – 1,200.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Dan Perfect achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Easter in March 2019 with an auction result of GBP 25,000.00 (€ 29,016.74).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September 2012 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Rivers of Babylon von Dan Perfect für GBP 500,00 (€ 627,41) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 700,00 – 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Dan Perfect erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Easter im März 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 25.000,00 (€ 29.016,74).
