Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sandstorm by Dan Perfect was sold in the First Open Online auction at Christies in London in April 2018. It changed hands for a price of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 8,541.70) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Dan Perfect - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Easter, which sold at auction in March 2019 for GBP 25,000.00 (€ 29,016.74).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sandstorm von Dan Perfect wurde im April 2018 in der Auktion First Open Online bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 7.500,00 (€ 8.541,70) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Dan Perfect mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Easter beobachtet, die im März 2019 für GBP 25.000,00 (€ 29.016,74) versteigert wurde.
