Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2006 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Pine And Rock by Dai Jin. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 60,000.00 (€ 6,026.65), 20% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Dai Jin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Grand View Of Mountains And Rivers in March 2013 with an auction result of USD 461,000.00 (€ 359,706.62).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2006 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Pine And Rock von Dai Jin zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 60.000,00 (€ 6.026,65) und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Dai Jin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Grand View Of Mountains And Rivers im März 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 461.000,00 (€ 359.706,62).
