The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,950.00 63% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by D*Face achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Drowning In Sorrow - 2011 in December 2017 with an auction result of EUR 36,400.00.

Die Arbeit Love Won'T Tear Us Apart - 2018 von D*Face wurde im Juli 2021 in der Auktion Urban & Pop Contemporary bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.950,00 und damit 63% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von D*Face erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Drowning In Sorrow - 2011 im Dezember 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 36.400,00.
