Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2017 Sothebys in New York held the auction European Art, which included the work Dutch view Of The Little Church In Zalt Bommel, Province Of Gelderland by Cornelis Springer. The price achieved of USD 125,000.00 (€ 111,249.56) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. Admittedly, works by Cornelis Springer have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A View Of The Westerstraat In Enkhuizen In Summer in October 2006 with an auction result of EUR 1,104,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2017 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion European Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Dutch view Of The Little Church In Zalt Bommel, Province Of Gelderland von Cornelis Springer zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 125.000,00 (€ 111.249,56) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 100.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Cornelis Springer auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A View Of The Westerstraat In Enkhuizen In Summer im Oktober 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 1.104.000,00.
