Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The wild roses by Conrad Kiesel was auctioned at Bonhams in April this year. It changed hands for a price of USD 2,805.00 (€ 2,540.76) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Conrad Kiesel achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Mandolin Player in December 2003 with an auction result of GBP 106,050.00 (€ 150,205.93).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit The wild roses von Conrad Kiesel kam im April diesen Jahres bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 2.805,00 (€ 2.540,76) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Conrad Kiesel erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Mandolin Player im Dezember 2003 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 106.050,00 (€ 150.205,93).
