It achieved a price of GBP 18,750.00 (€ 21,272.12), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 56%. Admittedly, works by Colin Middleton have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Allotments, Belfast in May 2007 with an auction result of GBP 90,000.00 (€ 132,441.09).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 18.750,00 (€ 21.272,12) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 56%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Colin Middleton auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Allotments, Belfast im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 90.000,00 (€ 132.441,09).
