Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Green Veronese Paper by Claudio Bravo was sold in the Contemporary Art Day Auction auction at Sothebys in New York in November 2020. The price achieved of USD 564,500.00 (€ 472,464.01) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 500,000.00 – 700,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Claudio Bravo - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Red Paper, which sold at auction in May 2015 for USD 1,385,000.00 (€ 1,259,778.06).
