Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Autumn by Chu Weibor was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2019. It changed hands for a price of HKD 500,000.00 (€ 57,990.74) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 300,000.00 – 550,000.00. Other works by Chu Weibor have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2019 the work Eminence was auctioned for HKD 812,500.00 (€ 92,990.40).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Autumn von Chu Weibor kam im November 2019 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 500.000,00 (€ 57.990,74) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 300.000,00 – 550.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Chu Weibor konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2019 die Arbeit Eminence für HKD 812.500,00 (€ 92.990,40) versteigert.
