Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work "House Work (Party Drawing #7)". by Christof Kohlhöfer was auctioned at VAN HAM in June this year, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of EUR 200.00 – 500.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for EUR 132.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Christof Kohlhöfer achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 3-D Micky in June 2015 with an auction result of EUR 7,125.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit "House Work (Party Drawing #7)". von Christof Kohlhöfer im Juni diesen Jahres bei VAN HAM versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 200,00 – 500,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für EUR 132,00 den Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Christof Kohlhöfer erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit 3-D Micky im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 7.125,00.
