Auction result well in line with expectations
In April last year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Contemporary Art & Design, which included the work "Resting to transform II" by Christian-Pontus Andersson. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of SEK 50,000.00 – 70,000.00, the actual price achieved of SEK 55,000.00 (€ 5,324.10) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Christian-Pontus Andersson have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2021 the work "Oh Lord, to Follow Her Own Law is Not the Way of the Trannie" was auctioned for SEK 90,000.00 (€ 8,779.13).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April letzten Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Contemporary Art & Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Resting to transform II" von Christian-Pontus Andersson zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von SEK 55.000,00 (€ 5.324,10) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Christian-Pontus Andersson konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2021 die Arbeit "Oh Lord, to Follow Her Own Law is Not the Way of the Trannie" für SEK 90.000,00 (€ 8.779,13) versteigert.
