Other works by Chokosai Eisho have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 12,925.00 (€ 14,697.52) in March 2001 for the work Twelve prints from the erotic set entitled Fumi no kiyogaki (Freshly issued love letters), unsigned--good impressions, color faded, centerfolds, creased, some stained.
