In April 2019 POLY held the auction Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy I, which included the work Calligraphy by Chen Yixi. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 342,200.00 (€ 38,952.33), 37% above the upper estimate. Other works by Chen Yixi have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 524,000.00 (€ 51,956.96) in November 2012 for the work Calligraphy in Three Styles.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 37 % übertroffen
Im April 2019 führte POLY die Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy I durch, in der auch die Arbeit Calligraphy von Chen Yixi zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 342.200,00 (€ 38.952,33) und damit 37% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Chen Yixi haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 524.000,00 (€ 51.956,96) im November 2012 für die Arbeit Calligraphy in Three Styles beobachtet.
