In the Impressionist and Modern Art Day and Works on Paper Sale auction, the work Le Vert Galant sold for GBP 9,375.00 (€ 10,994.13) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Charles Malle - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Bords de Seine à Paris, which sold at auction in June 2020 for EUR 23,750.00.
