Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of USD 62,500.00 (€ 48,176.98) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Admittedly, works by Charles Courtney Curran have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Ladies on a Hill in April 2002 with an auction result of USD 207,500.00 (€ 230,504.33).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 62.500,00 (€ 48.176,98) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden.
