Admittedly, works by Charles Caryl Coleman have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Azaleas And Apple Blossoms in May 2008 with an auction result of USD 2,281,000.00 (€ 1,465,938.30).
