This artwork by Changha Hwang achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Amsterdam in October 2012. In the Post-War and Contemporary Art auction, the work Liquid Iron sold for EUR 4,375.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,800.00. This high result makes Liquid Iron the most expensive artwork by Changha Hwang that we have observed at auctions so far.
